Log into our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn boots in their original branded shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Amsterdam
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists confirm the boots are in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange size within 5 business days.
